It cannot verify that your ingredients are in descending order of weight, that the INCI names match your actual formula, that your PAO is supported by stability data, that the Responsible Person is genuinely established at that address, or that the product is notified. Those need the formulation and the PIF. Symbols, font size and print quality are confirmed by you above, not measured. Verify every warning wording against the current consolidated Annex before artwork goes to print.
